Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: SAP Solution Architect (Customer Transformation Program)Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – Onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs)Contract Duration: 11/3/25 - 11/2/26 (Potential for Direct Hire)Pay Rate: $55–$65/hourEmployment Type: W-2 Only (U.S. Citizens Only – No Visa Sponsorships)Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect to join a large-scale Customer Transformation program. This hybrid role requires deep technical expertise in SAP system implementation, solution architecture, and experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SAP design and development, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to drive system design, integration, and platform alignment across teams.You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional, agile environment focused on modernizing enterprise platforms, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a hands-on SAP Solution Architect, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of SAP-based solutionsLead the creation and enforcement of architectural standards and solution roadmapsLeverage SAP BTP to extend and integrate SAP applications across products and platformsProvide guidance and support to engineering teams working on SAP and Salesforce integrationsCollaborate across IT and business teams to gather requirements, define impacts, and deliver scalable solutionsReview code/configurations and ensure solutions align with enterprise quality standardsSupport troubleshooting efforts and maintenance of existing SAP systemsContribute to innovation and continuous improvement through awareness of emerging technologies and trendsParticipate in inventory and risk management of IT assets within the SAP domainEnsure platform compliance with architectural direction, security protocols, and IT governanceMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent work experience10+ years of IT product/platform engineering or software development experience7+ years of experience as an Architect or Senior Engineer, ideally in large enterprise environments5+ years of experience in SAP development and implementation5+ years of experience in Salesforce development5+ years of experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft and API development1+ years of project management or experience leading technical initiativesProven ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, including collaboration with outsourced IT teamsExperience balancing legacy system support with the design of modern architecturesPreferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of utility systems or customer-facing platformsFamiliarity with cost management and technology portfolio planningStrong communication skills with the ability to influence across architecture, delivery, and business teamsExperience in environments with high compliance and enterprise security expectationsWork Environment:Hybrid Schedule: Onsite in Columbus, OH Tues/Weds/ThursFast-paced, collaborative, and highly visible role within a transformative enterprise program
