SAP Technical Architect at Bausch-White Masonry, LLC

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical Architect to lead the design development and implementation of SAP solutions across our enterprise landscape. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP architecture hands-on technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to drive transformative business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee the technical architecture for SAP solutions ensuring scalability security and performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Lead SAP system integrations migrations upgrades and enhancements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SAP development and support teams. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct system performance tuning troubleshooting and optimization. Develop and maintain architecture documentation standards and roadmaps. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (Masters preferred). 5 years of experience in SAP technical roles including at least 3 years as an architect. Expertise in SAP modules such as S/4HANA SAP ECC SAP PI/PO SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform. Proficiency in SAP ABAP SAP BASIS and integration technologies (API middleware etc.). Strong experience with SAP system landscape design infrastructure and security. Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP certification(s) strongly preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP migrations to cloud environments (AWS Azure GCP). Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools within SAP environments. Project management or agile delivery experience.
