You will be required to keep kids safe, teach them independent living skills, and mentor and encourage them to make successful decisions. We are looking for motivating, creative-minded, fitness-driven people!!! You need to be able to motivate kids and use a talk down vs takedown method.All of our youth come from the Department of Child Safety (DCS).  You will be working with 10 trouble teen boys in a home.  Weekends are a great shift to make a difference and setup a lot of activities for the kiddos.
