Restaurant experience is a MUST for this role.Duties and Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):- Prepare and cook dishes using sautéing techniques according to recipes and standards.- Set up and stock the sauté station with all necessary supplies.- Ensure that food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sauté station and equipment.- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.- Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.Qualifications:- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Saute Cook in a high-volume restaurant.- Strong knowledge of sautéing techniques and kitchen operations.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.- Strong attention to detail and consistency.- High level of professionalism and teamwork.- Restaurant industry experience is required.Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience.- Health, dental, and vision insurance.- Opportunities for career advancement.
