A list of benefits will be provided to you upon hire. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate production team members to meet customer and company goals. Coordinate workflow and monitor production progress across assigned areas. Operate, control, and troubleshoot heat treating equipment as needed. Ensure all work meets aerospace and commercial quality standards. Promote safety, organization, and teamwork in all work areas. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3 years of experience in the heat treating industry (aerospace experience a plus). Strong leadership skills - able to coach, train, and guide team members. Advanced knowledge of metallurgy, heat treating processes, and temperature controls. Proficient in Microsoft Office and production database systems. Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification. Willingness to work overtime or varied shifts to meet production needs.Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with heat, fumes, and noise. Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Must communicate effectively and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced industrial setting. Interested?
