Job Description
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Omaha NE office. Note: You must have at least 5 years of experience in scale maintenance construction or material handling systems. **Successful candidate must be willing to travel 6-10 nights per month** About Our Client Our client is a leading agricultural company known for its operational excellence and deep commitment to safety compliance and innovation. Job Description Oversee and manage the companys Scale Maintenance Program across multiple sitesEnsure compliance with local state and federal Weights & Measures regulationsCollaborate with operations and EHS teams on proactive safety and compliance initiativesProvide input and oversight on facility capital projects and improvementsDirect third-party scale maintenance contractors and negotiate service agreementsMaintain quality standards and develop technical best practices across locationsEvaluate weigh systems and support maintenance planning for grain handling operationsTravel up to 10 nights per month to remote locations as neededMaintain regular reporting on maintenance activities compliance and outcomes Qualifications 5 years of experience in scale maintenance construction or bulk material handlingHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBackground in agriculture or grain handling strongly preferredProficient in reading building plans and managing service contractsAble to lift up to 50 lbs climb ladders and work safely at heights up to 200 ftComfortable working in loud dusty or confined environments with PPEAdvanced computer proficiency (spreadsheets word processing databases)Degree in Agriculture Business or related field a plus Why This Is a Great Opportunity Work for a respected industry leader with strong growth and innovationBe part of a mission-driven organization that values safety and complianceHigh-impact role that influences critical infrastructure and operationsOpportunities for career growth and continued learningFull benefits package and competitive compensation JPC-329Must be willing to travel up to 6-10 nights per month.
