Now Hiring: Scale Clerk Industry: Organics Recycling & Logistics Location: Ontario CA Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Seeking a Scale Clerk with a blend of logistics expertise and tech-savviness to join organic waste processing warehouse. Responsibilities Accurately weigh materials and commercial trucksLog transactions using our WMS/ERP and Excel.Direct drivers and resolve documentation issues fast.Partner with warehouse logistics and customer service teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure timely shipments. Requirements 2 years of experience as a Scale Clerk Receiving/Shipping Clerk or similar logistics role.Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and WMS/ERP.Exceptional attention to detail strong time management and clear communication skills.Prior experience working in a fast-paced yard or industrial logistics setting.Ability to work in smelly environmentSit-down forklift experience a plus Schedule & Flexibility Training Schedule: Must be available to train from 6:00 AM 2:30 PM.Flexible to work 8:00 AM 4:30 PM OR 10:00 AM 6:30 PM.Available for Overtime and Weekends as business needs dictate.Work consists of standard 8-hour shifts.
