This temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail comfort with computer systems and experience working in an industrial or recycling environment.Job SummaryThe Scale Operator will operate a commercial truck scale using RIMAS Scale Software ensuring accurate documentation of inbound and outbound loads. This role also supports basic clerical tasks and yard coordination to keep daily operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a commercial truck scale using RIMAS software.Accurately record truck weights load details materials and transaction information.Communicate clearly with truck drivers and onsite personnel.Perform clerical duties such as data entry filing and answering phones.Maintain organized and accurate records in compliance with company procedures.Assist yard operations when needed including safe material movement.Qualifications12 years of Scale Operator experience required.12 years of forklift experience required (sit-down forklift preferred).Previous experience with RIMAS software preferred but not required.Strong computer skills and accurate data entry capability.Ability to follow established procedures with high attention to detail.Prior experience in a recycling industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus.Comfortable working both in an office and yard/warehouse environment.#zr#MON Key Skills Load & Unload,Shipping & Receiving,Forklift,Basic Math,Industrial Equipment,Warehouse Experience,Warehouse Distribution Experience,Warehouse Management System,Driving,Reach Truck,Clamp Truck,RF Scanner Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 16 - 19
