Scanning Clerk at City Bank

DescriptionResponsible for scanning, indexing, and quality control of all DDA documents. This should be done in a timely and efficient manner. Scanning clerks should be highly organized with the ability to track and follow-up on multiple tasks simultaneously. Essential Duties1. Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing scanning/verification requests.2. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.3. Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and professional appearance.4. Track, scan and index documents, and file them for storage.5. Receive DDA documents for scanning/verification.6. Represent the bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner. Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service.7. Give attention to detail and provide excellent communication skills.8. Prepare documents for scanning/verification by sorting according to policy.9. Scan/verify documents in a timely manner.10. Verify each document that is scanned and indexed for quality control purposes.11. File all documents according to department policy.12. Assist co-workers in retrieving documents that have been scanned by using both the computer system and the filing system.13. Research documents using our computer system.14. Maintain our customer's confidentiality in accordance with bank policy.15. Participate in training sessions as required by supervisor.16. Process returned mail as it comes in.17. Index all auto import files such as, DocuSign, Pro Sign, Blend, and Branch Scans.18. Assist with processing all outgoing mail. 19.
