WHO WE ARETCS Property Management A multi-state leader in single-family rental management is expanding into Baltimore Maryland and were looking for a driven organized boots-on-the-ground Scattered-Site Single-Family Property Manager to join our team.ABOUT THE ROLEThis position oversees all aspects of managing a scattered portfolio of single-family rental homes throughout the Baltimore metro region. Youll be the local face of TCScoordinating leasing resident relations maintenance oversight vendor management inspections and overall portfolio performance.You will not be sitting behind a desk all day.
