Candidates need to have excellent communication and computer skills and keen attention to detail.Job DescriptionTypical Duties & ResponsibilitiesSchedule and manage repairs on technician routesTrack Add-Ons and Call-Backs in the fieldSchedule sales stops when neededConfirm repair appointments when scheduled and the day beforeAnswer phones texts and emails from customersResolve questions and complaintsAssist sales team with estimates and communication as neededHandle paper and electronic filesEnter and manage accounts receivableManage vehicle fleet maintenance and fuel cardsBe in the office from 8:00am until 5:00pmEducation & ExperienceSchedulers should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
