Job DetailsJob Location: Trinity Health Hospital Campus & Medical District - Minot ND Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $19.35 - $28.06 Hourly Job Shift: Days Job Category: Customer & Admin SupportDescriptionManages a high volume of incoming calls in a timely manner utilizing call center scripting to accurately obtain and input patient information; maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. May float to Reception areas during periods of low call volume.QualificationsLicenses and Certifications Required None Educational Requirements HS Diploma or GED preferred Experience Requirements Customer service experience or training required.
