Youll be empowered to make real-time decisions that directly impact our security operations while developing and implementing strategies to optimize scheduling efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain master security staff schedules using scheduling software and ExcelProcess and coordinate Security Escort Requests (SERs) in real-timeHandle call-offs and coordinate immediate coverage solutionsReview and process time-off requests according to department policiesMonitor overtime usage and implement strategies to minimize excess hoursMaintain accurate attendance records and scheduling documentationCoordinate with security supervisors regarding staffing needs and coverage requirementsGenerate daily staffing reports and scheduling variance documentationSupport last-minute scheduling changes and emergency coverage needsAssist with special events scheduling and additional coverage requirementsQualifications & Requirements2 years of experience in scheduling administrative support or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly ExcelExperience with scheduling software platformsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesAvailable to work various shifts as neededEOE/M/F/Vet/Disabilities#AF-PSILRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Customer Service,Communication,Fire And Safety Engineering,Key Account,Market Intelligence Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
