Job Details Trinity Place - Albemarle NC Full Time None Any Health CareJob Posting Date(s) 11/25/2025Description Trinity Place is seeking a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator (3240 hours/week) to ensure adequate staffing for the facility. Regular hours are MondayFriday 8am4:30pm with some weekend coverage required. The pay range is $18-20/hour. CNA experience is preferred but not mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain master nursing staff schedules for all shifts (e.g. days evenings nights Baylor).Address call-outs and uncovered positions by coordinating with employees PRN/on-call teammates and the Trinity Support Team.Keep updated contact lists for nursing team members and emergency numbers.Manage scheduling systems facilitate onboarding and orientation and process related administrative tasks.Monitor attendance assist with disciplinary actions and maintain teammate files.Track certifications and license renewals as needed; generate daily staffing reports.Order nursing supplies and uphold safety standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Experience with staff scheduling and coordination.Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel; strong attention to detail and communication skills.Physical Requirements: Ability to move throughout the facility bend and reach and sit at a computer for extended periods.Join our senior living community through Lutheran Services Carolinas.
