Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSchool-Based Behavior Technician (RBT / BT) – Paid Coverage RoleLocation: Nassau County, NY (North Merrick, Oceanside, Massapequa, Wantagh)Compensation: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)On-Call Pay: $18.00 per hour (6:00 AM – 9:00 AM, Monday–Friday)Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | School-Day Coverage PositionSchedule: Monday–Friday | Paid On-Call mornings; if called, you'll work a full school dayWork Setting: School-based (elementary, middle, and high school environments)About Dragonfly CaresAt Dragonfly Cares, we help children with autism and developmental differences thrive in school settings through individualized, classroom-based ABA services. Our programs focus on building academic, social, and behavioral skills where students learn best - right in their school environment.We partner with school districts throughout Long Island to provide dedicated RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
