color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral strengths and needs.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Interpret assessment results and communicate findings clearly and understandably to students, families, teachers, and school staff.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and academic interventions based on assessment data and students' educational needs.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to students individually and in group settings to address social-emotional concerns, behavioral challenges, and mental health issues impacting learning and well-being.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide strategies and interventions to support students' academic, social, and emotional development in the classroom and school environment.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Conduct crisis intervention and support students and families in crisis or emergency situations, collaborating with school administrators and community resources as needed.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school or educational setting (preferred).</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Strong knowledge of psychological assessment measures, testing procedures, and diagnostic criteria.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Excellent understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices related to the provision of psychological services in schools.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;
