The BCBA will provide behavioral consultation, conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Provide direct support and coaching to teachers and paraprofessionals on implementation of behavioral strategies.Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure student success.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, psychologists, and special education staff.Document services, maintain compliance with district and state guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings as required.RequirementsActive BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).Illinois State Licensure (IDFPR) required.Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Contract DetailsAssignment Length: Through May 29, 2026Hours: Full-time during school hoursSetting: Elementary schoolIDR Job ID #477757.
