The ideal candidate is committed to helping students develop the fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills needed to thrive in the classroom and beyond. You’ll play a key role in supporting access to education through individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote independence and participation.Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ motor, sensory, and functional abilities• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals and educational needs• Provide direct and consultative services to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to eligibility determinations, and assist in goal setting and service delivery• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and compliance requirements• Support school-wide initiatives promoting motor development and sensory regulationQualifications:• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist• NBCOT certification preferred• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills• Prior school-based experience preferred but not requiredBenefits:• Competitive weekly pay• Medical, dental, and vision insurance options• 401(k) with company match• Continuing education and professional development support• Supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team IDR Job ID #478277.
