Implement behavior plans under supervision to support student progress and skill development. Collect and record data to monitor student progress and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support staff to create a cohesive learning environment. Maintain compliance with all professional and ethical standards as an RBT. Qualifications & Experience: Active and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required. Previous experience working with children in school or clinical settings preferred. Ability to work effectively in both group and one-on-one environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
