Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity is available to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting for the 2025/2026 academic year. This contract position offers a unique chance to provide both classroom and one-on-one behavioral support across a diverse student population. The role requires an active RBT license and a commitment to fostering positive behavioral outcomes for students.Responsibilities include:Delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions in one-on-one and group settings Collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to implement individualized behavior plans Collecting and analyzing data to monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards Participating in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge Desired qualifications and experience:Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of students and school environment Location: Position is based in Greer, SC, within a K-12 school setting.This role offers full-time employment throughout the school year with opportunities for both school-wide and individualized student support.
