Description This is a part-time flexible position (employment or subcontractor) designed for someone passionate about bridging science healthcare innovation and funding strategy. You will be responsible for: Grant sourcing & applicationsIdentify national EU and global research grants and funding opportunities.Write and submit competitive grant applications in collaboration with our scientific and clinical teams.Manage reporting requirements and compliance post-award. Clinical study support & administrationSupport setup documentation and coordination of clinical trials and research collaborations.Act as the liaison between our internal teams academic partners and corporate collaborators.Track milestones deliverables and timelines across multiple projects. Science project managementCoordinate joint projects with universities and life science companies.Oversee research-related documentation IRB/ethics submissions and data collection workflows.Ensure efficiency and compliance while enabling scientific excellence. Innovation & efficiencyUse modern AI tools (literature review drafting project management grant monitoring) to maximize productivity.Continuously improve internal processes around research and funding. Requirements PhD (or equivalent research background) in health sciences life sciences biomedical engineering digital health or related field.Proven experience in grant writing with a track record of successful applications (EU Horizon NIH national agencies foundations).Strong scientific writing and communication skills in English.Experience with clinical research administration (protocols ethics submissions reporting).Organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to build and maintain relationships with academics clinicians and corporate partners.Comfortable working independently in a remote-first international environment.Bonus: Familiarity with digital therapeutics MSK research or health economics.
