Scooper at Brusters Real Ice Cream

Bruster's Real Ice Cream is a small-batch ice cream parlor in Conroe, TX. All of our ice cream is made in-house fresh every day, and we even have part ownership in the dairy. This allows us to control the entire process from cow to cone. Our ice cream is richer than our competitors', more like gelato. Our goal is to maintain a fun and welcoming environment for both our customers and employees. As a Scooper, youll be the face of Brusters, delivering top-notch customer service and delicious treats. This is an entry-level position, perfect for high school students, college students, or anyone looking to join a fun, fast-paced environment. Applicants must be 16 years old or older and be available to work weekends and at least 3 days per week Responsibilities:

• Serve guests with a smile and a positive attitude
• Prepare and serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Assist with product prep and restocking
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Growth Opportunities:

• Learn cake decorating and cash handling (opening/closing)
• Train to become a Shift Lead
• Participate in seasonal promotions and community events

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Requires minimum commitment of 3 days per week
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
• Starting pay: $6.00/hour + tips with a guarantee of at least $10.00 per hour after tips (average tip are $5+/hour)
