We are seeking a highly motivated Flexographic Printing Press Operator to help us achieve our growth objectives and take us to the next level. Daily Responsibilities: Operate and maintain flexographic printing press equipment Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed Perform routine maintenance on press equipment Follow job specifications to produce high-quality labels Ensure production deadlines are met Required Skills: Experience in flexographic printing press operations Ability to troubleshoot printing issues and perform maintenance tasks Knowledge of various printing techniques and technologies Strong attention to detail and quality control Shifts Available: Monday-Wednesday, 5am-5:15pm Thursday-Saturday, 5am-5:15pm ***Schedules offer 36.75 hours per week with OT available (paid after 40 hours)*** Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive wage range of $32 to $38 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes short-term disability, long-term disability, paid time off, holiday pay, health & wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and more.
