Hiring: W2 Candidates Only Visa:Open to any visa typewith valid work authorization in the USA Local Candidates only Key Responsibilities Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices principles and frameworks. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress. Foster an environment of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement. Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization. Track and report team performance metrics (velocity burn-down cycle time etc.). Protect the team from scope creep external interruptions and unplanned work. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and aligned expectations. Drive adoption of Agile best practices and contribute to organizational Agile maturity. Coach team members on self-organization and cross-functionality. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT Business or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban Lean). Experience working with Agile project management tools (Jira Azure DevOps Rally etc.). Excellent communication facilitation and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to identify and resolve team and process issues. Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PSM I/II or equivalent Agile certifications. Experience leading multiple Scrum teams simultaneously. Familiarity with SAFe LeSS or other scaled Agile frameworks. Background in software development or IT project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
