Automation Engineer Summary-IT automation engineer who has a ability to develop and support automation solutions for IT systems across cloud and on-prem environments. This role involves Software development Observability part of on-call rotation troubleshoot incidents and supporting automation platforms. Must-Have: Coding using Python or Go Lang .Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or SaltStack Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers networks cloud platforms) Full-stack development (web apps and APIs) Troubleshooting and root cause analysis Good communication and documentation skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent exp 7 years of experience in IT Automation or Software Development Good-to-Have: Experience with Victoria Metrics Nautobot Grafana BigPanda Loki Ansible Automation Platform On-call support experience in 12 hour shift Day To Day - Responsibilities Develop and support automation platforms for IT operations uport Monitor and resolve incidents and support reported requests .
