You will use programming languages and test tooling to debug troubleshoot identify root causes and prepare test data to ensure reliable service delivery.What youll doWork alongside business analysts and quality analysts to understand business requirementsCreate and execute test plans and test cases based on requirements and design specificationsTest UI and APIs (manual and automated) including debugging and troubleshooting to identify root causeAddress technical security delivery and performance risks and prepare and manage test data for servicesIdentify and implement continuous improvements to the test development practiceUnderstand the existing processing architecture and apply that knowledge to testing strategiesImprove and design automation frameworks to meet modern standardsUtilize test management tools such as Zephyr ALM or XRayExperience youll need to have6 years of experience in a QA / SDET capacity5 years of practical experience with end-to-end testing4 years of experience with Postman and SoapUI for testing and automating APIs4 years experience with Automation tools like JMeter Selenium or RPT4 years experience with Mobile app testing via automation tools like Appium2 years experience with finance technology domain products testingBachelors degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education military and work experienceExperience that would be great to have6 months of experience working on Fiserv platformsPractical experience with DevOps CI/CD pipeliningPipeline experience: Azure AWS Jenkins Maven GitLabKnowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)Mainframe experience (navigating and understanding green screen lookup fields) and knowledge of mainframe VSAM lookup and JCL jobsHow youll workThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
