JOB DESCRIPTION
SDN-Backbone Program Manager
Space Data Network - Backbone is looking for a program manager for a very dynamic program in support of our Nation's space infrastructure needs. As a program manager for SDN-B, you will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of a segment of the program (space vehicle, ground, systems and operations). This position requires ability to obtain and maintain Active Top Secret Clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Basic Qualifications
Experience and understanding of work breakdown structures (WBS), Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RAM), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and program management plan(s) (PMP) Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams. Experience leading program proposals. Experience with executive level communications. Experience with DoD customers. Ability to obtain and maintain Active Top Secret Clearance

Desired Skills
Experience gathering technical input/scope and decomposing for proposal content that meet the intent of the Systems approach and demonstrate traceability to customer requirements Experience partnering on supply chain strategy for subcontract(s) included in on contract and future proposal scope Experience with government budgeting processes, US defense acquisition, and on a Space Systems development program is highly desired
