Key Responsibilities Perform PET/CT and nuclear medicine studies following RAYUS protocols. Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately. Operate and troubleshoot PET/CT equipment; complete all QC and equipment checks. Provide patient care before during and after imaging; explain procedures clearly. Ensure radiation safety proper isotope handling and compliance with state/federal regulations. Maintain accurate documentation: dose logs QC logs patient records. Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support diagnostic interpretation. Keep exam rooms stocked and organized; assist with protocol updates and training. Minimum Requirements Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program (Associate or Bachelor). Active NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification. Florida Nuclear Medicine Technologist License (required). Device-specific PET/CT training (meets Florida CT portion requirement). Valid BLS/CPR certification. Knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals imaging protocols QC and radiation safety. Preferred Qualifications 1 year Nuclear Medicine or PET/CT experience. ARRT(CT) helpful for full CT functionality. Experience with GE Siemens or Philips PET/CT systems.
