The Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide superior friendly efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than December 1 2025 and end on or before April 30 2026.The pay for this position is $16.50/hourThis positions will be located at 2601 S Federal Hwy Ft. Lauderdale FL 33316 or 2090 N State Rd. 7 Hollywood fl 33021THIS IS A FULL TIME SEASONAL POSITION 40 hours per weekApart from religious observations must be available to work one of the schedules belowMonday 9:00am-5:00pmTuesday 9:00am-5:00pmWednesday 9:00am-5:00pmSaturday 8:00am-5:00pmSunday 8:00am-5:00pmorMonday 9:00am-6:00pmThursday 9:00am-6:00pmFriday 9:00am-6:00pmSaturday 9:00am-6:00pmSunday 9:00am-6:00pmResponsibilitiesMeet and greet customers in a professional friendly and timely mannerProvide superior efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products upgrades fuel options and other additional equipmentOffer additional customer assistance by offering directions maps local area information and appropriate service informationAnswer incoming calls for reservations rate quotes general questions provide information and resolution for customers other branches and other vendorsPlace outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assignedAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnNotify Management of any known customer problemsNotify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenanceContinuously build knowledge and skills pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom trainingEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredMust have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail guest services or administrative supportMust possess a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 yearsMust be willing to accept $16.50/hourMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Apart from religious observation must be willing to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.Must be willing to work available scheduleRequired Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Typing,Data Entry,Customer Service,Basic Math,Computer Skills,Windows,Banking,Upselling,Pricing,Sanitation,Cash Handling,Stocking Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
