Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBittersweet Confections in New Orleans, LA is looking for one seasonal help w/ king cakes to join our team. Our production facility is located in Mid City. Our ideal candidate has a background in pastries but we are willing to train.The hours are Tues-Sat 6am - til (usually ends around 1pm) OR Tues-Sat 1pm-til (usually around 5pm. First day will be Jan 6, 2025.Responsibilitiesmeasuring, mixing, weighing dough ; filling the bread ; baking and proofing the cakesdecorating the cakes - icing, sprinkles, bagging and boxingmaking boxesmaintaining a clean work spaceworking with a teamPlease send resume.
