Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdditional Locations: NAPrimary Locations: VA, Richmond, 1620 Brook Road, 23220 Requisition ID: 203380Position OverviewWetland Studies and Solutions, Inc., a Davey company, is seeking a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4)/Stormwater Coordinator to join our Richmond, Virginia team. The MS4/ Stormwater Coordinator is a technical position responsible for assisting the WSSI MS4 Lead in the coordination and implementation of all aspects of MS4 Programs. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with the six Minimum Control Measures (MCM) and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) compliance which includes public education and outreach, public involvement and participation, illicit discharge detection & elimination, construction, post construction and pollution prevention/good housekeeping. Job DutiesAssists the WSSI MS4 Lead in the coordination of all aspects of MS4 ProgramsPrepares and/or reviews all necessary paperwork, permits, and reports for MS4 complianceInterprets MS4 regulatory requirements and ensures complianceCoordinates with Counties and local municipalitiesAbility to analyze and interpret site plansMS4 Program Plan developmentMS4 Annual ReportingLocal TMDL Plan DevelopmentChesapeake Bay TMDL Action Plan DevelopmentConduct field inspectionsRequirementsMinimum of 2-3 years MS4 experience •    Proven experience with Virginia codes, regulations and interpreting plans •    Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities •    Ability to provide excellent customer service •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment •    Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail and analytical skills •    Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals Additional InformationWhat We Offer:*Paid time off and paid holidays.Opportunities for advancement.All job specific equipment and safety gear provided.401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match.Employee-owned company and discounted stock purchase options.Group Health Plan.Employee Referral Bonus Program:  Send-A-Friend.Locations throughout the United States in major cities and desirable areas.Career Development Program supported by industry expert safety specialists and skilled trainers.The Davey Tree Family Scholarship for children of employees.Charitable matching gift program.*All listed benefits available to eligible employees.Company OverviewInvest in your future.
