This role involves managing on-site activities, coordinating with crew members, ensuring project timelines are met, and upholding strict safety and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a directional drilling crew in the installation of underground utilitiesOperate and maintain directional drilling equipment efficiently and safelyCoordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completionEnforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulationsTroubleshoot issues as they arise and implement effective solutionsMaintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports and safety documentationQualifications:Proven experience in directional drilling operations within the utility construction industryStrong knowledge of underground utility installation processesAbility to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced outdoor work environmentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsCDL license (preferred)OSHA certification (preferred)If you have the skills and experience to lead a directional drilling crew and are looking for a rewarding opportunity, apply today!
