Key responsibilities include generating internal interest rate sheets; executing interest rate locks, managing market pricing; executing sales of loans and delivery of loan packages; ensuring loans meet investors' guidelines; performing investor reporting; and maintaining investor relationships. JOB SUMMARY Daily Reporting/TrackingGenerates and distributes Daily Pipeline reportGenerates and distributes Daily Applications reportMortgage Tracking LogPricing & RatesRetrieves daily pricing from secondary market investors.Updates pricing in loan origination software.Publishes daily mortgage rate sheet. Rate LocksProcesses rate lock requests from origination staff.Reviews loan product eligibility and pricing adjustments.Commits eligible loans to contracts with secondary investors.Maintains lock information in loan origination software.Tracks contract expiration dates for delivery deadlines.Monitors warehouse loans for potential delivery to secondary investors. Loan DeliveryPerforms delivery of closed loans to investors.Maintains tracking of pipeline for on-time delivery of loans to maximize income and meet investor contract expiration dates.Maintains tracking of delivered loans in loan origination software.Maintains tracking of FHLBI MCC Processes final submission for loan Guarantee to USDA for GRH loans.=Investor Remittance, Reporting/Balancing - FHLBIProcesses daily FHLBI P&I paymentsProcesses daily FHLBI PayoffsCreates and submits monthly portfolio servicer report to FHLBIReconciles monthly FHLBI Notice of "Automatic Withdrawal" & "Cash Tran" reportsAccount BalancingFHLBI Custodial DDA - DailyLoan Custodial Module - Daily/MonthlyMortgage and Title Policy TrackingMonitors receipt of Recorded Mortgages and Final Title Policies for closed loansReports outstanding items to Second Vice President - Loan Administration - MonthlyRequirementsSKILLSHigh School diploma or equivalent.Knowledge/Experience in Investor relations (i.e. Freddie Mac, FHLBI) preferred. Passion for providing a stellar customer service experience to all customers (external and internal) and ability to instill this passion in others.Excellent interpersonal skills (tactfulness, cooperation, courteousness and customer friendliness) are necessary to represent the bank in a positive manner.Positive and cooperative approach when working with others.Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely and effectively, with attention to detail for visually appealing output and accurately proofreading publications.Excellent verbal communication skills with the demonstrated ability to effectively present information to customers and management.Strong administrative skills with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve targets/goals.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Knowledge of basic accounting procedures. Ability to efficiently and accurately keyboard information, both computer and calculator.
