Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment fleet management solutions warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime anywhere.Job Posting External Job DutiesProviding support as needed to the sales department office staff and Branch Manager including special projectsProviding daily weekly and monthly Branch and Service reports to the Branch ManagerCollecting information and completing month end reports for sales and service departmentsPreparing confidential documents for the Branch Manager Sales Manager and Service ManagerUpdating user lists for sales and service departmentApproving and coding vendor invoices for paymentHandling vendor payment inquiriesProcessing credits and re-invoicing of equipment when necessaryTracking warranty registration and completing warranty installationGenerating required reportsMaintaining information for service equipment and inventoryAssisting with answering and directing incoming callsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentLess than 2 years related experiencePreferred QualificationsSecretarial or computer coursework preferredStrong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent phone skillsMust be detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skillsWork Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
