Job Description
Role: Securities Lending Front Office DeveloperLocation: New York City (Hybrid – 2-3 Days Onsite)Visa: USC / GC highly preferred (GC EAD & H4 EAD considered)Interview: 2-3 video rounds + final onsite round (coding test expected)Key Requirements:5+ years of Java development experience in Capital MarketsSecurities Lending experience with platforms like FIS Loanet/Loanex or Global OneHands-on experience supporting Front Office / Trading desksExperience with BTCC, trading, market data, and mission-critical systemsStrong understanding of Spring, Hibernate, and messaging tools (Kafka/RabbitMQ)Experience with DevSecOps tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, etc.)Strong communication skills for interaction with traders, quants, and risk teamsNice to Have:Murex, AI/ML exposureElastic/Kibana/SplunkCloud (AWS/Azure/K8s) and pricing/risk model familiarity
