Securities Reconciliation Associate at Kelmar

The Securities Reconciliation Associate will be responsible for performing research and analysis related to client unclaimed property records. The Securities Reconciliation Associate will perform tasks assigned by the supervisory team related to multiple reconciliation projects. The Securities Reconciliation Associate is a remote position with the option to work in any of Kelmar's offices including Rockland, MA; Wakefield, MA; or Wilmington, DE.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Training on Kelmar's securities reconciliation approach, methodology & toolsAbility to articulate and communicate with team supervisorsPerform research on corporate history of publicly traded companiesAnalyze client records and determine steps needed to reconcile out of balance stock holdingsApply updates in state unclaimed property systemsFormat and normalize data to client reporting expectationsData entry of financial statementsQUALIFICATIONS:Related experience working with financial data is preferredAssociate's DegreeProficiency in spreadsheet software; experience in database softwareStrong communication and business writing skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to independently prioritize work assignments according to specified criteriaCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now and in the futureSALARY & BENEFITS:Compensation for this role varies depending on several factors including work location, level of experience, and skill set.
