This position is key to maintaining one of Ford Credits three major funding platforms and provides over $10 billion of funding and liquidity for Ford Credit. ResponsibilitiesWhat youll do...Work on Treasurys asset-backed securitization team (ABS) which is instrumental to funding Ford CreditOwn all aspects of assigned assets class (retail lease or floorplan)Execute ABS funding actions including public / 144-A and private bank sponsored transactions. Key deliverables include:Mastery of all program details for assigned asset class including any bank-specific exceptions to standard termsManage monthly cash settlement and paymentsStructure new ABS transactions in reporting system; create and validate investor reports and wire reports; create settlement day cash flow diagrams for new ABS transactionsSupport in the creation of new ABS transaction documents and ensure ongoing complianceUpdate quarterly reporting information (i.e. performance data & metrics) for investors investor meetings and external auditorsOwnership of deal calendar checklists transaction documents deal structuringAbility to use Ford Credits suite of securitization systemsNegotiations with bank partners trustees and rating agencies; responding to performance inquiries and data requests from bank partnersRenewing private ABS facilitiesDriving enhancements to existing funding platformsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Ford Credit OGC Accounting Internal Controls GAO) and external stakeholders (Trustees) supporting ABSOther ad hoc projects as assignedQualificationsYoull haveBachelors Degree in Finance or related field2 years relevant Finance experienceExpertise in data manipulation and analysis with spreadsheets.Strong ownership and attention to detail; unquestionable integrityAbility to effectively communicate with key internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work across multiple tasks simultaneously and meet critical deadlinesSelf-motivated problem solver with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; exhibits desire for continuous improvementStrong computer skills including ExcelEven better you may have...Experience with Capital MarketsAs an established global company we offer the benefit of choice.
