Commensurate with experience.How you will make an impactAssume overall responsibility for the safety security and well-being of the community Conduct safety inspections testing and audits in support of Life Safety and OSHA complianceIdentify safety/security risks and responds accordinglyConduct investigations documents and preserves evidence as requiredOperate company vehicles safely and in accordance with established policies and applicable lawsResponds to incidents and emergencies of significance and serves as the incident commander until relieved by a higher authorityServe as the liaison officer to external first responders What you will needMust be at least 21 years oldMinimum of 3 years of experience in public safety leadership (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) Emergency Management or comparable leadership experienceCurrent and valid drivers licenseMinimum of 1 year experience working in an Emergency Responder roleEmergency Medical Responder Certification (within 6 months of hire)Professional Security Certification such as CPP PSP or CHPA (preferred)Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certificationOSHA 10-Hour certification within 6 months of hirePlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
