We have a strong 50-year reputation for workplace excellence and our leadership demonstrates team member commitment and appreciation every day!Benefits:Medical Vision Dental and More!403B RetirementHSA Match/FSA AccessSupportive environment to grow your careerAmazing residents team members and leaders!Access to wages EarlyEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Makes repeated security and safety rounds inside and outside of community buildingsFollows security schedules and job routinesClearly & concisely communicates in a professional courteous and pleasant manner with all residents visitors & team membersQuickly accurately and appropriately interprets and responds to residents urgent care needs and dispatch appropriate response(s) to calls for assistanceUses personal computers and programs tied to the campus emergency response systemWorks in conjunction with SARA systemUses equipment daily including vehicles radios computers carts phones computersComplies with infection control regulations guidelines and policiesAssists in in-servicing relating to security such as fire drills emergency evacuationMaintains appropriate logs and records in a timely and accurate fashionMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year experience in a customer service setting as security or related field is preferredMust be able to read write and follow written and verbal directions and converse in EnglishValid drivers license with a clean backgroundMust be able to relate to the needs and concerns of senior adultsWe strongly believe in our mission of empowering individuals with choices in purposeful living.
