The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of guests staff and property while maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitor entrances exits and activity throughout the venueVerify guest IDs and maintain crowd controlRespond quickly and effectively to incidents or emergenciesEnforce venue rules and maintain a professional demeanor at all timesEscort guests or staff when necessaryCollaborate with management and other team members to ensure smooth operationsWrite brief reports of incidents or security concernsRequirements:Previous security experience preferred (nightlife or hospitality experience a plus)Must be reliable observant and calm under pressureExcellent communication and conflict-resolution skillsMust be able to stand for long periods and work nights/weekendsValid security license or certification (as required by NYC law)Benefits:Pay: $20 per hourFriendly and professional work environmentOpportunities for additional shifts and growth within the companyJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personRequired Skills: Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
