DescriptionPosition at JBS USABenefits IncludePaid vacation and holidaysMedical dental and vision benefits401(k) planBetter FuturesProgramCareer development opportunitiesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor all associates entering and existing building including car traffic.Manage day-to-day Trailer arrival and departures including detailed logging of all inbound and outbound trailers temperatures and seal numbers. Working closely with receiving and shipping dock and other departments to ensure seamless operations.Interact with drivers courteously respectfully and professionally.Direct carriers to assigned door or lot locations.Conducts hourly scheduled rounds in and around the building including all parking lots.Hourly trailer yard audits record trailer temperatures on log sheet.Pass outthe billof lading paperwork for carriers picking up as needed.Weight master scales weighing trailers in and out.Observe and report unusual conditions operations and safety hazards.Informsupervisors of any issues or concerns.Perform other related duties as may be assigned.Work is typically performed outdoors while being exposed to different temperatures and weatherconditions.Receive shipments of supplies and raw materialsInspect trailers for cleanliness and operabilityMayassume other duties as assignedQualificationsAbility to read and write and speak in EnglishStrong computer skills preferredAbility to walk more than one mile on varying terrain in all weather and up/downstairsAbility to perform assigned tasks without direct supervisionAbility to communicate effectively under stressAttention to detailProfessional attitudeAbility to work any shiftSecurity experience a plusMinimum High School Diploma or GEDWork EnvironmentThe work environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures.AboutJBSJBS USA is a leading global provider of diversified high-quality food products including a portfolio of well-recognized brands and innovative easy-to-use food solutions.
