Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLiberty Community Programs is in search of a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The Security Guard plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our facilities, staff, clients, and visitors. You will be tasked with monitoring premises, conducting patrols, and ensuring a safe environment for all. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a calm demeanor in emergencies, and a commitment to providing excellent service in a variety of situations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals to maintain security.Respond promptly to alarms, disturbance calls, and emergencies, following established protocols.Prepare incident reports and maintain logs of daily activities and observations.Support clients and staff while ensuring compliance with safety policies.Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed in the event of incidents or emergencies.RequirementsQualifications:High school diploma or GED.Previous experience in a security role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure.Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus.Additional Requirements:Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.Must pass a background check and drug screening.BenefitsFull Time Employees are eligible for:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceFlexible scheduleSalary: $15.73 - $16.74 per hourPlease call this number for more information: (855) 703.1460 (855) 703.2120
