Your work will make a tangible difference in creating a community where everyone feels safe and cared for.What You’ll Do:Security Duties:Monitor and control facility access while directing visitors and contractors appropriately.Conduct security rounds, lock/unlock facility doors, and maintain accurate records.Escort residents, staff, and visitors to parking areas as needed.Respond to incidents, emergencies, and urgent calls with professionalism.Partner with local authorities when necessary and ensure public areas remain safe and clean.Light Maintenance Duties:Perform basic maintenance tasks like changing lightbulbs, unclogging toilets, and addressing minor plumbing issues.Collaborate on snow removal and ice melt application during winter months.Report property damage and mechanical/electrical issues to supervisors promptly.Ensure familiarity with fire safety systems, including alarm panels and extinguishers.Work Schedule:PRN: This PRN (Pro Re Nata) position is scheduled on an as-needed basis to provide support during call-offs, vacations, and other coverage needs.
