As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.66 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeTue07:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed07:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations at the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for unusual conditions.Observe and report security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and patients to provide assistance and guidance as needed within the healthcare environment.Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when required, following site-specific procedures.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.At least one year of security-related experience is required.Proof of high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required as mandated by the client.Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.At least two years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
