Security Operations Center Team Lead (Omaha) at Clark International

Position Summary:This critical role is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all aspects of SOC Team services to ensure the safety and security of our client. This role involves risk assessment, threat management.The salary is based on a 40-hour work week in our Omaha office. Any additional hours beyond 40 hours per week will be compensated at an overtime rate. The schedule will be a variable schedule, based on the needs of the client.Key Responsibilities:Assist in Genetec integration, system troubleshooting, and system maintenanceSupport the deployment and maintenance of surveillance and access control systemsCollaborate with the Security Operations Manager and Project Management team on new equipment installationsProvide technical guidance for SOC Operators, staff, and other security personnelMaintain documentation and logs related to system performance and technical issues/ incidentsConduct audits on Mission Control parameters, camera analytics settings, and other Genetec/Axis functions to ensure the system is running at peak performanceSkills & Qualifications:Experience with Genetec and AXIS camera systemsStrong technical troubleshooting and analytical skillsFamiliarity with physical security systems and protocolsAbility to work independently and with managing a team environmentExcellent communication and documentation skillsDesire to continuously learn new security technology systems
