Security Service GuardJob Description:Provide highly trained security personnel to ensure a safe work environment protect assets prevent workplace violence and maintain compliance with company security protocols.Job Requirements:Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity theft and workplace violence.Conduct regular surveillance of interior and exterior areas.Monitor and assess security systems alarms cameras and access controls.Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.Respond promptly to incidents emergencies and accidents.Collaborate with law enforcement and site security during investigations.Document all incidents investigations and daily security activities.Educate and support employees on workplace safety protocols.Participate in audits special projects and process improvement initiatives.Timely response to incidents and emergencies.Compliance with all client security protocols.Accuracy and completeness of reports.Effectiveness in identifying and mitigating potential threats.Professionalism and positive interactions with client personnel.Additional Qualifications:Minimum 5 years professional security experience per team member (preferred).Trained in workplace violence prevention emergency response and asset protection.Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.Strong communication and collaboration with internal staff and law enforcement.Proficient in incident reporting and security documentation.Equipment & Tools:Surveillance systems radios communication devices PPE as required.#PSSMSPO Key Skills CCTV,Loss Prevention,Customer Service,Communication skills,Computer Skills,Military Experience,Law Enforcement,Office Experience,Computer Literacy,Driving,Security,Writing Skills Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
