Competitive Benefits Job Details Security Technician / Locksmith Apprentice Summary Seeking a Security Technician / Locksmith Apprentice to support installation, service, and maintenance of electronic security systems. This role works closely with operations and field teams to deliver high-quality service across access control, video surveillance, and related systems. The role supports installation and service of access control systems, video surveillance, visitor management systems, and related technologies while ensuring strong customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and troubleshoot electronic security systems Diagnose issues and recommend/complete repairs Program and configure systems such as Lenel, Genetec, or Brivo Complete accurate documentation including work orders, system changes, and service records Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments Support and educate customers on system functionality Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Manage and maintain service vehicle inventory Qualifications 2+ years of experience in electronic security integration Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in the field Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience with PC hardware/software, networking, and databases (preferred) Valid driver's license (no restrictions) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Preferred Certifications Lenel Brivo Genetec Education High School Diploma or equivalent Interested in hearing more?
