Selections Coordinator Position SummaryAs our Selections Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between clients, designers, and project managers—ensuring every color, finish, fixture, material and texture aligns with the vision, budget, and timeline.Selections Coordinator Responsibilities Guide clients through the selections process for colors, finishes, fixtures, materials, and textures Coordinate, schedule and attend showroom visits and vendor meetings Create, record and maintain selections schedules and specification sheets Ensure selections align with budget and design intent Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely procurement and installation Collaborate with Estimator/Purchasing Agent to track lead times, availability, and substitutions Maintain organized records of selections approvals and change orders Assist with visual presentations and mood boards as neededSelections Coordinator Qualifications5+ Yrs experience/schooling in interior design, project coordination or showroom managementStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and client service abilitiesProficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) and Microsoft Office.Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with grace Tools and Software:Project Management Software: Will use software such as Buildertrend or similar for selection approval, scheduling, and communication.Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily documentation, communication, and reporting.Job Expectations:Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in residential design / construction.Schedule: Full-time Monday-FridayTravel: Travel to project sites in and around the Charlottesville area.Selections Coordinator Compensation:$55,000-$75,000 annual base, depending on experience and skillsetMileage reimbursement or assigned company vehiclePerformance-based incentivesPaid time off & company-paid holidaysMedical insurance stipendCompany-supplied technology (laptop/tablet)Professional development and training supportPositive, values-driven work environment where your voice mattersPowered by ExactHire:188543
