Self Schedule LPN - DSL Greensburg at Westmoreland Manor

We are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Licensed Practical Nurses! As an employee with us, you will be part of a large, dedicated staff devoted to caring for residents in a County-owned facility. We are seeking applicants able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and multi-task!

Self-Scheduling employees will be required to work a minimum of 72 hours per month, with a minimum of 24 worked on off-shifts (3p.m. -11 p.m. and 11 p.m.-7a.m) and 24 hours being worked on weekends (7p Friday – 7am Monday) per month. Hours not to exceed 1,000 in a 12-month period or 32 in one week.

Self-Scheduling employees will be given a schedule during orientation. After orientation, employees must submit a monthly schedule of availability to the Staffing Coordinator for approval. This position provides the opportunity for successful candidates to have a flexible schedule and competitive pay rate!

First Shift Rate: $37.12/hour

2nd, 3rd, & Weekend Shifts Rate: $42.17/hr.

Qualified Applicants must possess:

• High school graduate or equivalency (GED)

• Physical ability to do heavy lifting

• CHRI check done during pre-employment process

• Must possess and maintain a current valid PA/Compact License (LPN)

• GPNs not eligible

• ***Prior LPN experience in long term care required***
