JOB DESCRIPTION
Semiconductor Operator
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Semiconductor Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clean room environments and be mechanically inclined. This role involves operating and setting up machines, performing inspections, and engaging in assembly tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up machines in a clean room environment.
- Conduct inspections and perform die attach processes.
- Run Datacom wire bond and Camelot machines.
- Engage in assembly tasks using hand tools and microscopes.
- Perform follow-ups to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain attentiveness to details in all tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience in clean room operations.
- Proficiency in machine operation and semiconductor processes.
- Ability to perform inspections and assembly tasks.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- SMT experience is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform follow-ups.

Work Environment
Work in a clean room environment with a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
